Follow these steps to become a luminous beauty

Step 1.
Double-cleansing
The fundamental first step of every Korean Skincare Regimen is to clean
your skin with a cleansing balm and water based cleanser. Start to clean your
skin with an oil-based cleanser to remove makeup, dirt, SPF, sweat and
excess oils. Then use a water-based cleanser to eliminate other impurities
and prepare your skin for the next steps.

Step 2.
Exfoliations (Peeling &Scrubs)
Exfoliators remove dead
skin cells and give you luminous skin. Exfoliating your skin, no more than
twice a week to buff away the dead skin cells but keep your skin’s natural
oils. There are two types of exfoliations: mechanical and chemical
exfoliations. Mechanical exfoliators use a physical ingredient to remove the
layer of skin cells, like scrubs. Chemical exfoliators use acids to improve or
increase the cell renewal cycle so that skin cells can be shed, such as
peeling.

Step 3.
Toner/Mist
Use toner to hydrate and balance your skin pH. Helps to prevent a
tight feeling after cleansing your skin. Pat into your skin gently with your
fingertips and let it absorb.

Step 4.
Essence
This step is the key to your luminous skin and to keep it
luminous. This water-based product contains a high content of active
ingredients to hydrate, protect, and boost the overall health of skin. Dispense
a small amount into the palms of your hands, pat into the skin and let it
absorb.

Step 5.
Spot Treatments
Reduce active acne blemishes and post-acne scars or dark spots
with spot treatments. The active ingredients in the spot treatment will
generally be most effective when applied to clean skin, and if you apply a
spot treatment on top of a thicker cream or oil, it may not penetrate as well.

Step 6.
Serum / Ampoule
This water-based product contains a high content of active
ingredients. It adds moisture and high concentrations of beneficial nutrients
to your skin, depending on the serum/ampoule formula you choose. This
lightweight formulation is completely absorbed within seconds.

Step 7.
Masks
Mask sheets are soaked in essence that absorbs into the skin and
usually contains the same ingredients as serums. It is an intensive
moisturizing facial treatment. Ideal is three to four times a week.

Step 8.
Eye Cream
Using eye
cream protects the skin around your eyes better than a moisturizer alone.
Chances are the first wrinkle you see on your face as you get older will be
around your eye area. The skin under the eyes is thinner than other skin on
your face, and can easily start to look puffy if you are tired or stressed.

Step 9.
Moisturizers / Facial Gel
Moisturize the skin by using lotion or cream is essential in your
daily skincare regimen. It keeps the skin hydrated. Lotions can be used for
oily/combination skin types and cream for dry skin types.

Step 10.
Sunscreen
The skincare secret of the Luminous Beauty. Sunscreens not only
protect your skin from UV rays but also provide additional skin benefits. Most
of the Korean sunscreen contain ingredients like hyaluronic acid or
antioxidants, which can hydrate the skin or protect the skin from environmental
damages.
