Return and Refund Policy

You have the right to return your order up to 14 days after delivery without giving any reason. Products must be returned in their original sealed condition and with all packaging materials, free items, and samples. The product must not contain any traces of use. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping fee. Shipping fees for returning the order from your home to the shop are for your own account.

Please note: If a customer returns only part of the order and the total value of the items kept is below €40, the order will no longer qualify for free shipping. In this case, the shipping costs of the original order will be charged retroactively and deducted from the refund amount.

Please contact us before returning the order at info@luminousbeauty.nl. We will refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return and assessment of the returned order.  

We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if the returned order does not meet the return conditions.
