Return and Refund Policy

You have the right to return your order up to 14 days after delivery without giving any reason. Products must be returned in their original sealed condition and with all packaging materials, free items, and samples.  The product must not contain any traces of use. You will then be credited the full order amount including shippingfee. Shipping fee for returning the order from your home to the shop are for your own account. 

Please contact us before returning the order at info@luminousbeauty.nl. We will refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return and assessment of the returned order.  

We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if the returned order does not meet the return conditions.
