Shipping Policy

We aim to dispatch orders within 24 business hours from the moment of order creation. Business hours are Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, excluding weekends and NL Bank holidays. If your order is placed on Friday or during weekend/bank holiday, it will be shipped on the following Monday or next business day.

During peak times, such as sales or holiday periods, processing times may be extended due to increased order volume. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to fulfill your orders as quickly as possible. 

Once your order has been shipped, we will inform you by email including tracking code. All orders will be shipped by DHL.

Shipping fee for orders within the Netherlands EUR 4,95. No costs will be charged for orders from EUR 40,00.

Shipping fee for orders within EU EUR 10,00. No costs will be charged for orders from EUR 85,00.

Shipping fee rest of the world EUR 19,95.
